Sundays in June

A new month means a new Sunday dish. Throughout June, we’re showcasing one of Queensland’s most prized delicacies: Moreton Bay bugs.

Sweet, delicate, and uniquely local, these lobster-like crustaceans are a coastal favourite — and they shine in this noodle dish.

Bugs are roasted until just golden, then bathed in our house-made fermented chilli butter. They’re folded through bouncy, hand-rolled udon noodles and finished with tender green garlic shoots.

Available on Sundays for the month of June.
