BEFORE YOU VISIT

PRE-DINING DRINKS

We recommend that your Supernormal dining experience begins and ends in the bar. However, as capacity is limited we request that you arrive promptly at your reservation time.

If you’re looking for a spot for a pre-reservation drink, or a nightcap afterwards, Bar Miette is just upstairs from Supernormal and is the perfect place to drop in for a cocktail or glass of wine on the terrace with spectacular views of the river and Story Bridge. Open 7 days a week, Bar Miette always welcomes walk-in guests or alternatively, you can make a reservation here.

PARKING

Our closest parking options are Secure Park at 480 Queen Street, with entry via Adelaide Street and 175 Eagle Street, via Eagle Lane.  For larger cars, 480 Queen Street has a height restriction of 2.3m. These can be booked ahead of time via the secure park website. Alternatively, there is nearby street parking, subject to availability.

TRAVELLING VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Supernormal is easily accessible via public transport. The nearest city cat terminal is Riverside, just a short 300m walk along the river from Supernormal. The nearest train station is Central, a 500m walk.

ACCESSIBILITY

Supernormal is wheelchair accessible.

ARRANGING A GIFT

If you would like to arrange a special bottle, cocktails, or something else to be delivered on arrival, we are happy to assist. We can arrange this with the completion of a third-party payment form, either by email or over the phone.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING A RESERVATION

We understand that plans can change, so if you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please call our Guest Services Team on 07 3524 2000.

LARGE GROUPS

Supernormal is ideal for groups of up to fourteen guests. For large groups, we encourage making a booking in advance to ensure we can accommodate your party. Please note that we request groups of 7 guests or more to dine from the banquet menu. We’re always happy to work with you to make adjustments and ensure your favourite dishes are included on the menu. If you have a larger celebration in mind, we have The Bridge Room, a private space and terrace. Please call our Guest Services Team on 073524 2000 to discuss your event enquiry.

 DOGS

We are pleased to let you know that dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, and we are happy to accommodate them. When making a booking, just let our reservations team know so that we can allocate you an outdoor table.
