Suckling Pork Ssäm

Our monthly Sunday menu highlight continued through July, and this time, it was all about our dry-aged suckling pork Ssäm. Berkshire pork from Mount Byron Organic Farm was roasted until tender with golden, bubbling crackling, then served with crisp lettuce cups, wombok kimchi, cucumber, and soft house-made steamed buns.

It was a hands-on affair made for sharing, available every Sunday throughout July.
