Steamed Murray cod, ginger shallot, nori & aromatic soy
A frozen twist on two classics, Meiri blends the best of the Japanese Slipper and Sgroppino. Shōchū and melon sake bring soft fruit notes, while honeydew sorbet and prosecco create a smooth, silky texture.⁠
From our Seafood Palace menu — a delicate dish of raw scallop, Royal red prawn, and yellowfin tuna. They're served simply and dressed with a yuzu kosho ponzu, a fermented chilli and citrus sauce which adds a gentle heat.⁠ ⁠
We always have a whole fish on offer that changes with the day's catch. Ideal for the shared table, it's roasted to order with kombu butter sauce.⁠ ⁠
