Sundays at Supernormal

A new weekend ritual is taking shape on the river. Each month, we centre the table around a hero dish, alongside our à la carte menu. Designed to be shared, it changes monthly to reflect the very best seasonal produce.

It’s our way of letting the kitchen lead with what’s at its peak — Queensland produce at its finest, cooked with a sense of place and served in true Supernormal style.

This month’s Sunday dish is made for exactly that.


June Menu - Whole Steamed Coral Trout, Aged Soy, Ginger & Spring Onion

This month, experience our interpretation of a classic Cantonese favourite—whole steamed Coral Trout, prepared with aged soy, ginger and spring onion.

Alongside the dish, we’re drinking a glass of 2019 Mittnacht Frères Rosacker Grand Cru Riesling or Nakashima Kozaemon Kimoto Bizen Omachi sake, chosen to echo the trout’s delicate sweetness and savoury depth.

Available every Sunday throughout June from 11.30am.
