A new weekend ritual is taking shape on the river. Each month, we centre the table around a hero dish, alongside our à la carte menu. Designed to be shared, it changes monthly to reflect the very best seasonal produce.
It’s our way of letting the kitchen lead with what’s at its peak — Queensland produce at its finest, cooked with a sense of place and served in true Supernormal style.
This month’s Sunday dish is made for exactly that.
August Menu - Tea-Smoked Aylesbury Duck Crown
This month, we turn our attention to a beloved classic from Northern China, Tea-Smoked Duck.
Our take features an Aylesbury duck crown, gently tea-smoked. It is served alongside spring onion pancakes and a selection of house-made condiments, designed to complement the duck’s depth with bright, savoury and aromatic notes.
It is ideal for two to share, and is available every Sunday from 11.30am throughout August.
