We need no encouragement for grand celebrations and Lunar New Year provides just that. To ring in the Year of the Snake, we're cooking some celebratory items to share with friends and family.
Lunar New Year Additions to Our Menu
Black pepper Queensland mud crab, egg noodles
From far north Queensland, we wok toss mud crabs with local Kampot pepper and serve on a bed of fresh egg noodles.
Roast suckling pig, house ferments & pickles
Ipswich suckling pig is slow-roasted, ready to be served with yuzu-pickled nashi pear, peach hoisin and house-made steamed bread.
