Seafood Palace

From January 13 to March 1, the sea takes centre stage at Supernormal with Seafood Palace, a special additional menu shaped by the best our shores have to offer.


With pristine seafood from Australian waters, the Seafood Palace is a wistful voyage into the treasures of the deep and shallow.


Dishes change to the catch of the day, featuring all that we love to eat at this time of year - towers of crustacea over ice, Spring Bay mussels, Fremantle octopus, spanner crab sandwiches, and the fried fancies of King Neptune's basket. Start with a crisp Asahi, linger over a Mango Americano.
