From January 13 to March 1, the sea takes centre stage at Supernormal with Seafood Palace, a special additional menu shaped by the best our shores have to offer.
With pristine seafood from Australian waters, the Seafood Palace is a wistful voyage into the treasures of the deep and shallow.
Dishes will change to the catch of the day, featuring all that we love to eat at this time of year - towers of crustacea over ice, Spring Bay mussels, Fremantle octopus, spanner crab sandwiches, and the fried fancies of King Neptune's basket. Start with a crisp Asahi, linger over a Mango Americano.
