Supernormal Gin
Our beverage director, Leanne Altmann, has teamed up with Applewood Distillery’s Brendan Carter to create a signature Supernormal gin. The gin is inspired by the flavours of Supernormal and combines Japanese and indigenous Australian botanicals befitting of the restaurant’s Asian-inspired contemporary Australian menu.
Botanicals include strawberry gum, riberry, pepperberry, nori, ginger and yuzu.
Have it in our benchmark gin & tonic or our signature martini - served ice cold with americano bianco and kombu.
